What I’ve understood
- parental alienation isn’t a psychological condition
- if the courts want to test for parental alienation then it should be based on the facts not on a psychological assessment
- it’s often used as way for abusers to deflect
I did not take this as it never happens, but instead it can be abused as a concept however it’s not a psychological condition
